Grigor is also an expert in strategy execution, innovation, and digital transformation, and has led with humility, discipline, and vision across people, process, technology, and data in 20+ countries.
Mike Lujan
Executive Director, Process Excellence
Mike is a seasoned executive with 31 years in digital transformation, process excellence, and enterprise risk. The former CEO of an IT service company and USAA executive leader, he is an expert in strategy execution, change management, and leadership development. Mike is known for turning vision into results through Lean, proactive metrics, and disciplined operational planning.
